Digital transformation as a result of market forces in healthcare. Megakids is an organization for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. With a changing political climate and more competitive health industry a new business strategy is developed as well as a brand & communication strategy internal & external, on- & offline. With the different stakeholders taking into account.
The result is a new logo (created by Maarten van den Berg), a new tone of voice and a new style in print & online, integrated with social media. Even a new workflow with new procedures and protocols is developed and introduced internally along with the development of a new client administration system.
