Digital transformation as a result of market forces in healthcare. Megakids is an organization for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Due to the changing political climate and the heightened competition in the healthcare sector, a new business strategy is being developed, taking into account the various stakeholders. A branding and communication strategy is also being developed accordingly: internally and externally, online and offline.
The result is
- a new logo (created by Maarten van den Berg)
- a new tone of voice
- a new style in print & online, integrated with social media.
- Even a new workflow with new procedures and protocols is developed and introduced internally along with the development of a new client administration system.
